APPETIZERS - SNACKS - SANDWICHES
POPCORN BALLS -   Marie Rogers
      (MAKES 12-14)
10-12 cups unsalted popcorn
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 lb butter
1 tsp vanilla
Cook sugar, water, corn syrup, butter and salt in heavy sauce pan to 240 degrees (exactly).  Stir in vanilla & 2 drops red food coloring, if wanted.  Mix well and pour over popcorn.  Let cool some, then form into bals (12-14) using butter on your hands to prevent sticking

HAM & CHEESE SANDWICHES - Marie Rogers
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped onion, fine
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 tsp dillweed
Boiled ham, shredded
swiss cheese, slied
12 potato rolls  ( or other rolls)
Thooughly mix together butter, onion, mustard, & dill.  Spread on potato roll.  Add ham & cheese, wrap in foil.  Bake @ 300 degrees for 20 minutes and serve.

BURRITOS  - Jolene Mershon
1 doz. flour tortillas
2-3 cans refried beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. Monterrey Jack cheese
1 lb. Colby cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
Steam tortillas, heat beans for filling.  Het rotel & 1 can beans together for desired consistancy.
Fill tortillas with beans & onions, slice cheese on burritos & broil til melted.  Pour sauce over burritos.
Top with shredded lettuce, tomato, etc.
May be sliced for finger food/appetizers.
